The Empty Bowls Project

During the 2017-2018 school year the Donegal Art Department teamed up with the Donegal HS Key Club and FBLA to organize The Empty Bowls Project! Our mission was to raise money to donate to the local Mount Joy Food Pantry. We are once again participating in this amazing event. Throughout the school year district employees, students and community members have helped to construct over ceramic bowls and mugs, which will by available for purchase at the FBLA Craft Show and district art shows. Every Empty Bowls patron, regardless of when they purchase their bowls, will be given a voucher for a free "modest" meal at the DHS Art Night on Friday, May 5:00-7:00pm. 

Thank you to everyone who has previously purchased a bowl! We have raised over $1000 so far. Your contribution helped provide food to a family in need.
